Craig Levoy, M.D., is committed to caring for all ages – pediatric, adolescent, adult and senior. Offering preventive health for men and women, Dr. Levoy also offers LGBTQIA+ care, HIV medicine, STI and PrEP/PEP treatment and chronic disease management including diabetes, thyroid issues, hypertension, heart disease, high cholesterol, COPD and asthma.
Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Levoy has the following specialty certifications: HIV Medical Specialist, American Academy of HIV Medicine; and Physician Advisor, Certification in Health Care Quality and Management. Dr. Levoy also serves as the medical director for the Community Quality Alliance at Northwest Health.
