Jay B. Bitar, M.D., FACC, board-certified interventional cardiologist, recently joined the active medical staff of Northwest Health, practicing at Northwest Cardiology - Bentonville. The clinic is located at 2900 Medical Center Parkway., Suite 240B in Bentonville, and he is currently accepting new patients.

In practice for more than 30 years, Dr. Bitar comes to Northwest Health from Lake Mary, FL. where he had been in private practice at Cardiology Care Center, PA.

Dr. Bitar specializes in cardiac arrhythmias, congenital heart defects, hypertension, stroke, peripheral vascular disease (arterial and venous), coronary artery disease and other cardiac diseases. He is committed to quality, personalized heart care and consultation.

Dr. Bitar earned his medical degree from Damascus University School of Medicine in Damascus, Syria. He then completed his internal medicine residency and fellowships in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.
