Neurosurgeon Kenneth Tonymon, M.D., FAANS, joins Northwest Health

SPRINGDALE, Ark. (June 15, 2020) — Kenneth Tonymon, M.D., FAANS, board certified neurosurgeon, recently joined the active medical staff of Northwest Health, practicing at The Neurosurgery Center at Northwest Health. The center is located at 601 W. Maple Ave., Suite 505 in Springdale, and he is currently accepting new patients.

Dr. Tonymon focuses on prevention, diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders which affect any portion of the nervous system including the brain and spinal cord, such as head and nerve injuries, chronic pain and stroke.

In practice for more than 30 years, Dr. Tonymon comes to Northwest Health from Fort Smith, where he has been in practice at Baptist Health Neuroscience Center.

Dr. Tonymon earned his degree and completed residencies in both general surgery and neurosurgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

He and his wife have raised five children and currently reside in Northwest Arkansas.
