Northwest Medical Center – Bentonville hosts June 27 blood drive

Northwest Medical Center – Bentonville will host a blood drive from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on the hospital campus inside the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks bloodmobile. To schedule a time to donate, visit https://bit.ly/Blood-Drive-6-27-23. Walk-ins are also welcome.
CBCO is the only non-profit blood, platelet, and plasma provider for all Northwest Health hospitals and more than 40 other healthcare facilities in the Ozarks.
To be eligible to give blood, you must weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health and present a valid photo ID. Before the blood drive, donors are asked to take a few steps to ensure that donations operate smoothly on the day of the drive:
- Drink plenty of water or juice the night and morning before you donate.
- Eat a well-balanced meal around 2-3 hours before giving.
- Bring your photo identification: This is now required for all donors.
